The guy said he likes the stock, doesn't like the price. What on earth is wrong with that? It's selling at a near-triple digit PE, for cryin' out loud! Some of y'all are acting like you're three years old and the bully down the street just stuck a screwdriver into your Barney doll.

Is *no* price to rich for this stock? Would you be buying it tomorrow if it was trading at, say, $2k? Probably not, which makes the difference between the two of you - and with me - one of degree, not of kind.


That's all fascinating stuff, but has nothing to do with my post. Go back and read it. I was responding to the suggestion that "QCOM will be lucky to be at this price a few years from now." That suggests to me that he knows squat about the company, about CDMA, about what is going to happen over the next 3 years. The current stock price ±20 points and whether or not we're currently in a bear market are completely irrelevant to that point. Excuse me, but can I borrow your Barney doll?
