Bill, I explained that before, making the epi layer from Si28 does not solve the thermal problems sought to be solved (the heat needs to be conducted through the bulk substrate.) Furthermore, the epi layer is the one on which devices are made, by mind you, doping, well, as soon as you dope Si28 its thermal conductivity comes back down very closely to non isotopically pure Si. Last the cost of the wafer in the total cost of the device cannot be much more than 5% of total cost, more often than not, even lower.
