My next door neighbor is a retired CIA guy. A real pain in the neck. He mows his lawn once a week, Spring, Summer and Fall. No crabgrass. No weeds. Puts up his Christmas lights the Friday after Thanksgiving and takes them down on January 2nd, like clockwork. Never a bit of trouble. Always ready to help. Makes the rest of us look bad.
