If you click on the Institutional activity, you will find details on significant accumulation of CATS in the September quarter. Note that of 829,385 shares bought, 777,985 are new purchases. The net purchases for the quarter were 623,850 shares -- approximately 47% of the 1,331,910 shares held by institutions.
