Audio Analyst: QCOM's Stock Is Over-Valued [13.0 min]
biz.yahoo.com

I listened to the interview and read the four responses to now.

I agree on the following: The interviewer was lame and the analyst made numerous mistakes.

That said, I was also listening to him with our experience of the last year firmly in mind. When QCOM came off $179 ($200 in morning) and dropped $30 or so, I said this is crazy and bought some more. Cut to July when it hit $52 and I had to wonder who was crazy?

The fact is QCOM is a lightening rod for both opportunity and trouble. The road in the future will be bumpy; maybe not like earlier this year, and then again, who knows?

So, while I might chuckle at analysts like this, I learned this past year not to laugh so hard and loud that it clouds my thinking and judgement.

Disclosure: I was buying all the way down into the high $50s and have never sold one share.
