When I posted about the appeal, they had not yet given out the 180 page judgment draft. Did you get a chance to pick out the relevant judgement text? Re: INTC apparently INTC claimed that their growth rate will be similar to last year which was then reported as INTC to have miserable quarter. I think someone wants to buy huge quantity of INTC real cheap.
