As a self-policing community, it is incumbent upon (conscientious) SI members to report Terms of Use violations. Given your personal revulsion by Benjamin Garrett's post, I'd say it pretty clearly violates section 2.1 (Member Conduct):
a) Using the Service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous or otherwise objectionable.
I would suggest to Benjamin Garrett that it would be in his interest to familiarize himself with the Terms of Use and harmonize his behavior with its parameters. |
