While we are entering this new consolidation phase, it is not clear whether the markets will drop below their recent lows or not... The DMI stuff is not clear on that... and interestingly enough, it shows different signals for SPY as opposed to VIX. SPY right now is on a sell (bearish, obviously) signal and VIX also is on a sell (bullish for the markets) indicating a tug-of-war situation where NOBODY wins for a while! BWDIK, IMHO, etc, etc, etc
