The warning of the day is from MOT. They are attributing the shortfall to both slowing market conditions in semiconductors as well as some cost cut delays in cell phones. They are also guiding 2001 lower. More importantly, Rick Sherlund cut his numbers for MSFT this morning going from $1.91 for FY01 to $1.88, citing sluggish PC demand. This carries a lot of weight because there probably isn't a more credible analyst than Sherlund on Wall Street.
