Voter abuse? Another new victim class? Just what the country needs.

If in fact black voters were merely inconvenienced by having to stand in long lines, then they ought to address the issue at the ballot box by removing the demolib hacks who probably run the polls in those areas. If in fact the voting equipment in poor areas is less accurate, etc. than those in more affluent areas, I'm all for improving the equipment in those affected areas with assistance from the state and even the federal government. Such assistance would seem to me to be a worthwhile expenditure even on a federal level because the perception that voting is somehow influenced by racial factors, even if ultimately untrue, is a perception to be avoided in federal, state and local elections.
