So what does everyone think about this trans-atlantic mutual recognition they're currently negotiating about? Thought it would be pretty good news for the bio-techs, since the agreement would make application for drug approval similar- and reduce costs to drug companies. I think the US is right in not going all the way for mutual recognition of approvals, and thereby relinquishing the autonomy of the FDA.
