I find this focus on this level of insider selling pretty humorous. Look at these threads. Many are looking for a short-term edge. Joe or Jill Investor regularly thrashes their account trying to pull an extra dollar into their portfolio. But with all this stock market frenzy, MANAGEMENT is supposed to stand at the helm, staying the coarse and holding, based on long-term company prospects. Hey, these managers are watching the ticker just like the rest of us.

Insider selling can indicate a pending company debacle, a summer house, or just an individual investment decision.
