Respectfully, on good quality boards (and this one has been a good quality board), regular members should be able to deal with matters within the community, without reporting TOU violations. This is particularly true in terms of normal discourse with regular contributors to the boards.

I personally reserve the privilege of reporting TOU violations for repeated spammers.

SI provides a useful "ignore" function, if we want to tune out someone whose posts offend. I have 5 people on "ignore". None are regular contributors to any of the wireless threads.

At one time or another, every one of us probably violates TOU.

The closest I have come to reporting a TOU violation on this board was my post 4000 here:
