Replace LU with MRVC and then think about the lack of baggage that MRVC has compared to LU (in form of SONET and other legacy products and technology) and you might get a good feeling regard your decision to invest in MRVC <.....The IPO of Agere, slated for the end of the first quarter 2001, is expected to receive a market value somewhere in the range of $50 billion.
