Utha, after having attended DNAP's open house last weekend and talked to all of the principals involved, here's my response to a few of the points made in your friend's DNAP report:

1. DNAP is in Sarasota because there are so many retirees there who are willing to have their DNA tested. You probably couldn't find a better place to do population studies on adverse drug reactions, the results of which will become DNAP's core business.

2. Whatever TBF's past record, Carl Smith has nothing to do with the day-to-day operations of the company. Dr. Tony Frudakis is CEO. I don't believe your friend's assertions about Tony being involved in any pump and dumps. You'll need to show me proof. Tony's past record as a scientist is nothing less than stellar and includes finding the antigens that propelled Corixa into the big time with the pharmaceuticals.

3. Orchid paid DNAP $350K for first right of refusal on any DNAP products, and DNAP gets to set the price.

4. Orchids' SNIP $750K machine is up and running in the new facility, which will be ready for complete occupancy by the end of December. I know, I've been there.

5. Your friend's report seems to be filled with nothing but innuendo and unfounded suggestions. I suggest you go to the DNAP board on RB and do some real DD.
