We have the same problem in California. The courts are stuffed with these appointed for life liberal loons. We have judges here that release murderers on technicalities. Others use their courts to over- turn any ballot proposition they don't like. We have had numerous popular ballot propositions thrown out by the liberal kook judges who see themselves as fighting the revolution from the bench. Its sick. -John
