Wrong. The judge said: Boies didn't introduce each ballot in evidence, did he??? An open invitation for Richard to JUMP ON THE BAND WAGON. Richard had no idea where the Judge was going. He help boies by saying "they were all introduced in evidence". As a legal argument for the side that he is supposed to be on, this is dead wrong, bad, not good, loser, inarticulate, not well reasoned........... I could go on.
