I am continuing to study UOPIX and some of the other ProFund offerings as possible AIM candidates.

I have a question about these funds. By the way thanks to everyone who responded to my previous query.

I have read the various prospectuses but I am not clear on the minimums required.

The $15,000 minimum is mentioned but how does it work? For example if I were to invest in UOPIX would I have to invest at least $15,000 in that particular fund OR ... could I merely invest a total of $15,000 in ProFunds with a certain percentage going to UOPIX and the remainder going to some other ProFund Fund (i.e. the Money Market Fund).

If the $15,000 minimum applies directly to UOPIX then it appears that I would need a total of $30,000 assuming that I wanted to start with 50% in cash (though this is just an example and not necessarily my target starting cash percentage).

This is important because I am also interested in some of the other ProFund funds besides UOPIX.

Thanks for any information and / or pointers to information that you can provide.

Barry
