a few wks ago I recd a JPG file and had no problem opening it with a double click, the next day I recd the same one from someone else and got the "open with" dialog box. I could not find the file that opens jpgs and gifs so I set the association to IE. My son had the same thing happen to his PC. Can anyone explain what happened?
