Until the institutions stop bailing out of this sector, I'm sitting on cash to be safe. Yesterday it was PGO and MDR, today FLC and PKD are getting hammered while the OSX is up 2%? The institutions are still expecting a hard landing and a crash in oil prices. I don't agree, but I don't want to be in their way. I would sell the rallies until it's a little safer out there in OSX land. Jim
