Not much action on this board... Of course, given the $7 price of the stock it's understandable. This is actually an interesting two way play. ETN is going to distribute 82M shares of ACLS to ETN shareholders on Dec. 29. The vast majority of these will go to funds that hold ETN shares(78% of float). Almost all of these funds are large cap income and/or income and growth funds. ACLS doesn't fit their profile so they will have to sell. This should put enormous pressure on ACLS in January. I think a very good short play, as a result.

At the same time, this is a very solid company with great technology and if the stock get driven down below $5 it could be a wonderful buy.

My thoughts, short now, long after the shares have been sold. Any opinions?
