NEWTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 2000--Graphco Technologies, Inc. (G-TEC(TM)), a leading developer of technology and solutions for biometric authentication, secure access, and expert information-sharing systems, announced today that they have entered into a Strategic Marketing Alliance with Informix(R) Software Limited, the database company, a subsidiary of Informix(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:IFMX). The alliance will provide leverage for the entry of G-TEC's products into European, Middle-Eastern and African law enforcement contracts. The Strategic Marketing Alliance provides for cross-promotional opportunities that include both marketing and joint sales opportunities.

VoicePass is a voice pattern recognition biometric technology, that operates by comparing a person's actual speech to his/her stored voice pattern. VoicePass is text independent and therefore does not require the speaker to utter a prescribed phrase or password. Because VoicePass technology compresses the stored voiceprint, it requires a uniquely small amount of memory.
