ADBE and KRB/BAC/AXP could all be good shorts. ADBE has some history of a really disappointing quarter or two after several quarters of doing well. It is hard to imagine that they are not going to feel the pinch of the slowdown (esp. after the AAPL mess, since Apple customers are about 40% of their biz). We will get their answer soon enough. Put premiums are expensive of course.

KRB (or possibly BAC or AXP)is worth mentioning again as a possible short. I am considering the Jan puts again. The Dec 35P's doubled yesterday before giving back a little. Stock lately seems to go up in the morning and then weakens towards the end of the day. I am watching BAC and AXP as signals. Again the premiums are cheap and the chart says 27-ish is a possible downside.

Again, logic says that with the economy weakening and with the BAC shortfall announced yesterday, that KRB does not deserve to be priced fairly near its annual high.

Currently I have no puts position in either, but watching.
