Hi Nilesh - you may be right in saying "CPQ can't come out in defence"
And I certainly don't mean CPQ should go to war with the investment community. However, CPQ shouldn't take everything comes its way face down! If any investment bank makes erroneous comment about the co, make sure there is a response. If the bank continues w/o acknowledging the correction, CPQ is big enough to withhold any business dealing with the bank. After all, why feed the mouth that bites you!
Again, I want to reiterate, mgt main fctn is not to manage the stk price, but if there is reason to correct any misperception, it should do it. I mean, it is easy to put wrong idea in people's mind, but it is very hard to erase that wrong idea.
