I hear more grinding.

Dem lawyer just made a good case that the elections supervisor attempted to cover-up and then lie about the detail under which the Rep operatives were allowed into the office. He's made it clear that the best you can say about her is that she's sloppy, negligent and incompetent in the manner in which she runs the office.

However, the case will turn on the issue of disparate treatment.
