Star,
As much as I'm hoping (more like praying) that we hear about the IND for SCLC this year, I doubt that we will. Mitch has, of late, been saying "File" instead of "Start trials" for "by the end of the year." So, with that being the case, and trials starting early next year, I suspect they are filing now and we'll have to wait the 30 days or so for the FDA to respond. Unless they have already filed and we're just waiting on the Oncology Committee meeting on the 14th. But, since Mitch was originally saying they'd file in the summer, I'm not too hopeful that he's about to do anything like hit a deadline or anything.
