The PUTCALL.OEX, while similar to the Index PCR from CBOE is not equivalent. PUTCALL.OEX uses the 100 symbols that make up the OEX index, while the CBOE Index PCR uses all index options... you can see that under the S&P 100 table of the URL you provided (5976 : 30112 =~ 5.0) that the discrepancy is extremely close to what we are showing. Be it also a 30 minute snapshot versus our 10-20 sec. update rate makes our data much more likely.
