1. Phillip S. Stenger is appointed as receiver for the Receivership Property, as that term is defined herein, for the benefit of investors to marshal, conserve, protect, hold funds, operate and, with the approval of the Court, dispose of any assets constituting the Receivership Property. The Receivership Property shall include all assets of any nature, wherever those assets may be located, of Michael Gause ("Gause") including, but expressly not limited to, Gause's interest in the following entities: GMD Aviation, LLC.; GMD Properties, LLC; Progressive Aviation, Inc.; Harbour Management; Haven Company; Inter-World Holdings; International Professionals, Ltd.; ITL Corp.; LDF, Ltd.; MTN Investments; Nascaydomus Enterprises; Opal Holdings; OPL Corp.; OTA Corp.; S & R Financial; Sunset Loans, Ltd.; Unique Projects; Whisper Group; White Sands International; Michael E. Gause & Assoc.; Lone Star Holdings, Inc.; Haven Enterprises, LLC; Electra Leeward, LLC; Leeward Electra, Ltd.; Envirolutions, LLC; MEGA Trust; MEGA Blessings Trust; MEGA Wheels Trust; MEGA Foundation; Gause Foundation; Future Childrens Trust; Custom Compounding Centers; Vanguard Medical; Custom Care Pharmacy; Capteur Sensors & Analyzers; Life Foundation Trust; Keller Holdings, Inc.; Continental Financial Management, LLC; Theatre One, Inc.; TAS, LLC; Falcon Management LLC; TEG Universal, LLC; Studio Ventures, Inc.; Fishermans Net, LLC; Charter Holdings, LLC; Continental Financial Management, LLC; and High Hope Ministries and the affiliated entities of the foregoing and all other entities in which Michael Gause has a legal or equitable interest, including the interests of any individuals or entities constituting Receivership Property in the Banc Caribe, Ltd. or accounts therein.
