Hi Tony,

Greenspan is part of it, but I think a larger part is simply that things got out of hand with 'tech euphoria' over the past few years. Demand was inflated by the INUT craze, telecom buildout (and resultant debt woes), etc. So, perhaps this is the 'breather'.

PS - Probably close to some type of bottom, the CNBC guy at the NASDAQ site just said 'after the commercial, we are going to try and see how many warnings we can fit on the board' <ggg>
