Ellen, your post proved for me that Gore wasn't interested in counting all of the votes. He picked counties with the most undervotes in total number, but with lower than average rates of undervoting. It proves that he's not interested in solving the problem of the undervote and having all of those votes counted. He simply wants to go to the biggest pond, hoping to find the most fish.

Please try to put forth an argument that supports your position, not one that makes my point for me.
