Ellen, I followed your link(thanks for posting) and I noticed you "edited" several Counties out. They had fairly high numbers of under/over(whateverz) votes also. Gore could have picked up those 537 votes in those Counties but I believe they went for Bush, ergo, no recount asked for by Gore. I didn't highlight all of them but I think everyone gets the idea...
