Change the ContinuumClient.ini to the following:

Just the one server is needed when running AutoUpdateServerList=false

Note that the '#' is not included.

User=
Password=
AutoUpdateServerList=false
Server=boston-r01.quote.com:23100

However, a far easier method is to use the neat little utility that Bob Wallace wrote and is located in the eGroups qCharts files area in the folder Select Server.
