[another scenario] they sold 1 million shares avg 25.... used the debentures as collateral- so they only spent 25 mill.. they get paid 5% which will probably offset the interest on the institutional short interest{discount} then the stock runs down to 10... they take a million shares out at 10 to cover...by doing so they have $15 Million of fluctuating stock left linked to the debenture... they made $15 million on the short- and 10 million cashed out of the debenture.. Now they have their seed money back.. they start converting from 10 back up.. they then buy big blocks that KILL the shorters decide that 10 is the new price to short- they squeeze the shorts and run the stock back up to ??? then they start the process over while trying to hide {thru the large volume of Mom and pop and even the MMs that are out of the loop} they ride the elevator up and down, compounding their earnings both up and down.. I would n't be surprised if the low volume recntly is due to the fact that they are accumulating what's left of what they didn't short before the announcement.. by keeping that chunk of market value convertibles, they can wait because we all know that there is no way they are gonna get their $$ back from Zitl, and Zitl will be trying to inside sell partially before the drops.. so we will see what the heck is going on.. OR some really ignorant group of fund managers INVESTED in ZITL- which will send them directly to the UNEMPLOYMENT LINE!! anyone??? BUELLER?? taxi
