It is odd the things that people will eat - and the things they won't.

I am having a terrible time with the kids' computer. The Windows logo comes on and the computer freezes up.

I've tried everything I can think of. Windows 98 says to hold down the "control" button when the computer boots, and then you can start it in safe mode, but when I do that, the menu comes up to start it in safe mode, but when I hit the keys it doesn't recognize the command. But when I start using my Windows 98 emergency disk, the keyboard works fine.
