Hi Jorj, the two companies most commonly associated with PONs would probably be Terawave and (as Curtis mentioned) Quantum bridge, but they have their architectural differences. LuxN is another that comes to mind. If you search on Google for "PON optical equipment" or something like that, you'll see there are dozens of companies participating in the PON market in some form or another.

Since there are lots of architecture variations for PONs, and lots of different components for each, practically any company that makes a passive optical component of some type can claim they're in the PON market. Alcatel, NEC, Fujitsu, Lucent, Marconi, Oki, Nortel all have press releases where they refer to PONs.
