Please post those reports. I would like to read them. From the S.C. case on tv (I have not watched all of it) I thought I picked up that there was a box of incorrect applications that never resulted in ballots being sent because something on the form was wrong. Of these, the majority were republican.

The republican forms that did get corrected was nothing more than correcting a printing error. The demo form did not have this problem.

Are you comfortable that peoples lives are being trashed becuase a few zealot democrat contributers will go to court to call people felonious conspiritors even though there is no evidence to prove it? Gore himself stayed away from this with a 10' pole until the Sauls ruling (I predicted he would embrace Seminole at that point, btw).

When I was younger I thought the democratic party was the one with more compassion. After seeing how they handled Bork, Thomas, anyone who had any accusation against Clinton, and now Harris I don't see how anyone can feel that way. You speak of politeness and such, yet you have no problem with people being dragged into the court being called vial names just because they corrected a detail on an application form. They were good people trying to insure that as many people could vote as possible. The repubs had a crappy form that was sent to the elections office and the demos had a good for that went to democratic operatives (the word used by your legal team).
