I hope you're right, but I don't have that much faith in the Florida Supremes to do the right thing. They're highly political, activist, and one of the most liberal, if not the most liberal state supreme court in the country. They want their guy in, and although Florida seems politically 50/50, it has an extremely vocal, activist, liberal Democrat base. Just look at Wexler, Deutschbag, and a couple other Demolib blowhards we've been treated to during this affair.
