JUST GOT THE ANNUAL REPORT AND 10-K today in the mail i would hope everybody would read it entirely (i know its not vogner)but i notice that pages 13-24 include "risk factors" which seems to be a question/straight answer which i appreciated except it only contained how the company would be NEGATIVELY effected by items. almost as if a response to the recent lawsuits to insulate against future suits saying well theres the risks in print or could this be the new FD rule? HOWEVER i would like to point out that on PAGE 3 (of the 10k)WSTL is in a MUTLI YEAR arrangement with FTEL (fujitsu Telecom Europe Lmtd) which is currently supplying 50% of British Telecoms DSL deployment in the UK. so while every possible negative is discussed i find that there is as i suspected great potential as DSL comes to market in 2001 and beyond. ie i think that instead of the ol 56k we will be using DSL as the standard with some going cable and the old copper 56k will go by the wayside. so wstl is in aftermarket (ie not selling "new pcs' modems) but rather the ave pc can be made some 50times faster people will convert as it becomes available ( i just signed up dec 01 its dec 7 and all i need is the hardware the phone guy checked local lines today and got thumbs up)hence i will cut lose the 2nd line and my total cost for internet will be same but 50times faster. this is what i mean, i'm not buying a new computer to make it faster just a new modem type. I think patience will be rewarded with this stock. good luck to all
