I'm a little confused by that number cut on MSFT. Didn't their CFO tell analysts they were a nickel light at the last cc? Is this cut just extrapolating the weak pc sales or do you think there's more to it than that? I've been thinking about really loading up MSFT. Did you read Don Luskin's piece quoting the Cato Institute's opinion that the whole government case will likely be tossed on appeal? Any opinions on that? cato.org Thanks.
