I'll be more careful with my spelling if it's important to you. I didn't think it was worth going back and inserting an "EDIT" for a typo, most of the letters are worn off of my keyboard, but I intentionally misspelled takt, it was a joke, meant to soften an abrupt entry into a touchy subject: A woman's right to choose. Yes I do think I got the drift of your response, correct me if I am wrong, but you seemed to be saying that many of the positions typically ascribed to the Republican platform are quite justifiable to you. You responded to four out of five of Atin's objections to the republican agenda. The fifth was choice. Is that it? I'm sure there must be pro-choice Republicans. Hey maybe there are even Democratic right-to-lifer atheists killing Planned Parenthood gynecologists? Ya think? Naaah! Who tries to deny them * a voice? Are you talking about them picketing clinics? Intimidating those in a difficult situation, struggling with a difficult choice? No one tries to stop pro-lifers from voicing opinions about abortion. No one stops them from offering free pregnancy tests as a lead in to pro-life "counseling" where they show vivid photos of terminations and talk about the Bible. They can shelter pregnant women and give away free baby clothes to those who choose life. I just want to have a choice, I want my daughter to have a choice. So as long as they keep their laws off my body, what's to discuss? * EDIT them being right to lifers and republicans.
