ADR..not US corp give me some concern too - I'd hate to see another LHSP, but I also feel that these folks have a much more solid track record than that POS. IPO yep thats a worry for me - especially given that "eventually" the quiet period on insider sales has to end - there could be huge dilution at that time ? so is there investor interest here? One indicator may/not be to see if the PKI companies like Entrust, Verisign etc have any interest /pre-allocated shares. Would the prospectus (I suspect a more detailed doc than we've seen on ipo.com etc) have to reveal that ? cheers, kumar
