Good news. IR tells me everything is on line for the refinery, but unable or unwilling to provide details, but they are sticking to Q2 production which would imply financing all but set. Apparently some technical problems in spinning off BINCO to non-Canadians. Good news is that drilling is to commence on Binco. IR and I (note to mgt, there is a reference in Harvard Business Review on the importance of conflict within corporations; Eisenhart, KM, et al, 'How Management Teams can Have a Good Fight, Harvard Business Review, 75, 4, (July-August 1997) : 85) disagree strongly on whether price and volume action mean anything.
