For example if my daughter were 7 months pregnant and was say, assaulted and she lost her child as a result of the assault, I would like to see the assailant charged with manslaughter and assault. Even though her child was "unborn" I believe the state should confer equal status of personhood in a situation like that. My personal views on abortion have evolved quite a bit over the past 20 years and I still grapple with the implications of abortion on demand throughout the entire pregnancy. Beyond that, I found the tone of your post quite obnoxious, (your references to associating pro-life positions with murderers) and would prefer not to engage any further with you on this topic.
