I've worked in the Home Heating Oil Business now for 17 years.. I have some experience in what is going on..

There is no oil shortage..

We have oil coming out our ears. What we have is a shortage of is refining capacity. We are running at 95%.. The other 5% is usually down for maintenance.

Clinton's release of the SOR was a joke to us in the industry. Most of it was sold abroad because we can't refine it here. We need to update and expand our refineries and do it quickly..The Clinton Administration, through the EPA, has put more roadblocks in the way then any Administration ever has.. Then their disingenuous concern for the high oil prices just makes me LOL...
