TNH DISASTER! I bought TNH on 3/31/97 from discounter Jack White, with the intention of keeping it for the income and stability. Little did I know that it was the last day for conversion to from the preferred to the common and I was not aware that I had to indicate my intention to convert by 5:00PM that day. Yesterday, I found that my stock disappeared from my account with no trace. Upon inquiry today, Jack White informed me of the situation and said I had lost the entire value due to not converting. They said that there are other customers in the same situation and TNH refused to reconsider extending the conversion deadline for people like me since they publicized the conversion info on 3/21/97. J. White mentioned that I should complain to the SEC and a class action lawsuit has been rumored. I have suffered a disgusting lost of capital. Is there anyone else in the same situation. What can we do. HELPPPPP.... I can cry over this. I did not think that I had bought a stock option.
