Dave, This election was so close that counting the ballots after the election will not decide a winner. You have no standard on which to count them. The election instuctions said to make SURE all chads were removed or your vote would not count. How are you going to count them? Dimpled? scratched? Swinging door? Or the rule at the start of the election? The founding fathers of this country forsaw this event and THEY placed the power to decide the election with the state legislature. Not the courts. That`s WHY there are dead lines that can never be meet through a court action. The state legislature has the RIGHT and the POWER to pick the electors. These people have been ELECTED by the people of Florida already.
