Sorry Dave, but I already addressed that. Florida never intended territorial counting advantages. This fantasy some seem to hold that says they did, is false, and would rightly be unconstitutional. If it comes to it, such a counting advantage WILL be ruled unconstitutional this year AGAIN as in the past.
Gore did not follow the law, for the law never intended territorial counting advantages. If you won't address this issue(no liberal has yet here on SI so far as I know), you have no grist for me to feed on. I voted for Harry Browne, not Bush. I took my vote seriously, IMO. I'm trying to see what's real, what's fair, and what was intended. What you mistakenly believe Fla. law intended to allow for Gore, simply was never intended, and shouldn't be ever intended.
