My guess is anything below $2.00 is a reasonable bet, but I
myself am pretty cautious right now. The idea of lawsuit
has a disagreeable odor. Colossal hasn't been so great at policing their
own administration, with late filings to SEC etc. This is sloppy management if nothing else. Why bring the
spotlight further on themselves by alleging stock manipulation
on the part of financiers? I have no doubt they were manipulated
into the toilet and the flusher is still pushed down, but who do they have to blame? If I were running
this co. now I would simply concentrate on management and implementing their business plan, if they have one, then let
the company's financial statements walk the walk. The debentures
would take care of themselves as they are exercized and just chalk that up to management error--learn from it, don't pay lawyers!
The whole process is a waste of time--discovery, depositions etc.
They themselves presumably can be countersued for halting the
conversions. I hope they can find a way to settle out of court
and it ends up just being a lot of bluster--beating of the chest
and the fake charge!

Do you think they're listening?
