I have the detail report from Needham. Here is the summary:

1. Target of $50
2. Sales 148 millions / 97, 175 millions / 98, 201 millions /99
3. Very bullish about Dynamotion acquisition. Should add 21 millions to 98 sales or .29/share, and .42/share in 99.
4. See big growth in capacitor business unit 35 million in 98 and 45 millions in 99.
5. Predicting vision group to go from 6 millions in 97 ( ends this month ) to 16 millions in 98.....I dispute that figure. Unless ESIO got some huge OEM contract coming up.

I will try to get an electronic version and post it.

Overall they are very bullish about the company. They saying the above estimates are on the very conservative side.
