STocks a/h: Yes, as INTC was halted, QQQ drop as low as 66 whereas a few minutes before it hits 68 on its way up from
66-67. Others like EMLX, JNPR, SDLI, JDSU, GLW which were underwatched, went to day low. BUT as soon as INTC was opened for trading ALL above stocks went back to its day high. I sold 1/2 lot of GLW thru ISLAND for 72 7/8. Yes -- if you have Level 2, you can use ISLAND to buy/sell NYSE stocks for premarket and After hours. It also saves the commission for you since DOT charging more ( per trade -- 19.99 versus 24.99). I have been using Island to trade successfully those NYSE stock on limit order during these off hours. By using the ISLAND, you can cancel the trade faster than the DOT. Give it a try.
